Default A 'bug' in the program?

    Hi there,
I've been creating more and more new pages on the site and as I go along I need the vertical and horizontal lines (a lot!) to create the frame of the page.
When I finish with one particular page and publish it something interesting (and bad) happens: 1 page gets the vertical line or the white background all wrong. Or better, as soon as I publish 1 page any other one (usually 3 or 4 pages) gets in trouble.

Please take a look at these 2 pages and you'll know what I'm talking about:

(Had to delete the Kiwi's eye (it was white) and the frame and still have the gap where the flags are and at the end of the page. As soon as I publish it, the problem is solved, but the same problem 'goes' to a different page, which was working nicely!)

(The background is white. Look how it is now after I've created and published my last page).

    I guess I'm facing a tough problem!
Any ideas how to solve it?

    Many Thanks,

Hi, must admit I tend to find pages holding together better using tables. They also load a lot quicker. Not sure if you wanted the changing grey effect down the page as a background? But popped this quick one together to show vertical lines. If you right click anywhere on the center area & save image. Then pop this into a table under properties & image. You now have 2 vertical lines & a background at less than 1kb. SAMPLE

    Thanks.
What do you mean? (and how did you make the vertical lines?)
Save what you did, open a table in my page and transfer into it?

I just took a screen shot of your page & cut out a thin strip/line across your page like the image bellow. Then just place this a single table with no boarders & this type of thing. You can then once you set the tables width , just pull the tables tabs down for any page length. (You can only just see it bellow.)
