I made some pages on a few of my pages but when I post, those changes don't show. I have hit refresh and deleted the internet history and republished and the changed pages still don't show. My domain www.nileriverconsulting.com
Thanks

Use your ftp program and check the time updated on the files/pages that you have changed.......
The index pages shows today at 4:30 pm. The other pages show the 25th but are still not updated.
check to make sure that you are publishing to
the correct server
with the correct username
and the correct password....................
Yea and I get the box that says successfully published. Is there anything else?
Give me details of a small change that you have made and published
and the page address and I will check it out.........
on the index page, i changed the navigation bar to the left. it should read home, about us, contact, services, products, rates, articles, faqs,
http://nileriverconsulting.com/index.html
Has all the above to the left and 2 additional links(free info and testimonials)
those 2 should not be on there. thats what wont update
use your BV ftp program or your file manager in your CP and rename your index page to index1
then publish your updated index page again......
This way we can at least confirm that your publishing is actually working.
let me know when you have done that.
i renamed index to index1. I then published index1. Is that how I was supposed to do it.
Not quite, your old index page is still there.......
do you know how to use BV FTP program or your file manager in your control panel?¿
Somewhat. I am in there now. I changed it on the left side. I did not connect and change it on the right.
I see the index.html and index1.php
which one am I to change
ok i think i have it working. I dont know what was wrong but it is updated now.. Thanks so much
If your latest index page is now working OK, then you can delete the index1 file now............
have fun
