Check out the News and Updates part of forum...it could be: 1. your builder needs to be updated/redownloaded (just download and install...no need to uninstall...newest release was June I think) 2. your server has been replaced/upgraded and has new ip since you got your letter If it's not one of these, then submit a support ticket for help. Did you use WinZip? The unzipped version can timeout sometimes corrupting it. Check this thread for help: http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/per...zip-files.html |
