Default IP not there to publish

The IP address that I was sent in my welcome letter is not in the drop down menu when I try to publish. What now??

Check out the News and Updates part of forum...it could be:

1. your builder needs to be updated/redownloaded (just download and install...no need to uninstall...newest release was June I think)

2. your server has been replaced/upgraded and has new ip since you got your letter

If it's not one of these, then submit a support ticket for help.

I just received my letter today. I tried to download the new BlueVoda version but the file was corrupted.

Did you use WinZip?

The unzipped version can timeout sometimes corrupting it.
