Thread: Blue Voda Version upgrade

Hi,

I have Blue Voda installed on 2 computers, as my wife was working on 1 domain (www.galwoliecottage.com) and I was working on another (www.essentialfacialmassage.com). I am now trying to tidy it up & move all to 1 computer. The problem is 1 is version 9.1.2 & the other is version 10.0d, and when I move files from one to the other, they cannot be opened (unexpected file format).

Can I upgrade to the newer version without losing any data?

If so, how do I do this?

Hi, Val

Pages you create/edit with BV10.12 can not be opened in BV9!
BV9 does not support the new features of BV10.12 So it might be a good
idea to backup all your BV9 pages.

Also when you open your Version 9 files in BV10, you won't be abble to open them again in Version 9, so you might consider changing all your files to the computer with Version 10.

thanks for the reply. Is it not possible to upgrade both computers to version 10? Unfoprtunately, the computer I want to transfer all files to has version 9 on it!
