Are you talking about proxy settings for email or the hosting server for your site?

i work on a Computer Services Helpdesk. We had a web developer guy into us. He could not upload his material to a web server behind our firewall. We needed a place to enter in our proxy server address. We tried everywhere to look for options to no avail. I hope this makes it clear for you, and if you could help out, itd be very much appreciated.
