Thread: Downloadable exe files

Hello everyone,
I've searched these boards for a few days and haven't found anything pertaining to "Downloadable exe" files.
My site will offer various exe downloads. The exe files are game engine oriented. The aren't games, but are interactive.
Does BV suport this? If so, if someone would kindly offer a couple pointers to head me in the right direction, I would appreaciate it genuinely.

Yes you can download exe files, but you might be breaking VH's TOS

I think this may be the clause your thinking of. I don't quite understand it yet. But it looks to me that if I use more than 300G via downloads and or 30G space, I'll be auto shut. If this is true, I find the "600G space & 6000G band misleading advertisment.
I'm still not quite sure what to make of the rest of this. So I'll have to do some more research to find out if BV will accept my site.
If not, does anyone know of such a site that would accept downloading of game files? Thanks again.

kill failsafe mechanism on the server which will auto suspend the violating
account.

AND the fact that your account cannot "store" more than a percentage in certain file "types" as well (which are identified regularly during backup/archiving processes).

For those who cannot put the simple "textual" warnings together with the "numbers" we rely on server auto-processes to discover violations as a matter of course.....
