Thread: re pointing curser (don't know the tech term -sorry

Hail the reader and bless the respondent.
I would like to be able to point the curser at an object in my site, when I do a small box must open which would have some text detail about the object in it.
I do not know this gadget is called, thus donot know if we have a tutorial. i tried the roll over banner... thought this might be it, but can not figure out what this does either

That would be called an alt tag and you would assign it when you click on the pictures properties.. or.. you have to code it in manually in html
