Default Connection timed out Could not connect to server

My domain name is abrantee.com. I was in the middle of FTP when all of a sudden I couldnt gain access.

Domain: http://www.abrantee.com
  • Cannot access cPanel, Website or FTP. Error Server Not Found.
  • I was in the middle of uploading a file via FTP when it timed out with an error Connection timed out Could not connect to server
  • Now the whole website and cPanel is inaccessible.
I urgently need to finish this website for my client before 2moro.

Thanks

P.s. I wasnt sure whether to raise a support ticket, so I thought I'd post here first.
