Success and failure pages

Hi.....I am a newbie at all this and I have created a success page for my website but I am unsure of where to send a potential customer to a failure page?
For example: I have a contact us form on my website and once submitted it sends them to a thank you page, but in the properties of that form it asks for a failure page of which I am uncertain.

Also, when I configure my paypal buttons that also asks for a failure url.

Could someone point me in the right direction as to how I configure a failure page?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

If you read below the form wizard video tutorial, you will then have a better understanding of what is required.

Also if you do a search (top of this page) other answers will be available to you.

I have read and watched the form wizard video tutorials but none explain what url address to input for failure pages.
I must be missing something for sure?
Please help!!
