Thread: Sizing of elements to live page width

Just learning on a trial basis and still getting through the tutorials. Please tell me how to set a rectangular shape which is white on a blue background so the box extends to the right side of the page in preview mode. First of all, in page properties my width is set at 800 as advised. The background color extends way past this though in the site builder, and when I draw the box across the entire top of the page and end it at 800 pixels, it is too short in preview mode. If I widen it, then I have to scroll over in preview mode. I'd like to know how to place an object at the right side of the page so it is flush with the right side in preview mode. Maybe you can refer me to a help section on this topic. Thanks, Mark

Hi, this called a fluid/liquid page that will auto fill the page to a viewers screen. The nearest BV will get to this is setting your page width to about 1000px & check the center in browser under page properties.
