Thread: accessing site from another computer

I'm visiting my daughter and want to update my website. I downloaded BV on her computer but can I get to my site from here?

Yes.. you can get to your site.. but you will have to import the pages to this computer and fix them up.. it wont be the same as you have all your other images at home.

how do I do I import pages? I don't need to change images, just take off buy buttons and replace with SOLD

Here is how you do it !
Go to "Tools" tab in your BV menu bar. Click on "FTP manager " tab .
Screen shows up and on the left are your current computer files.

Click on "Connect" in the upper left corner (You'll need your password and username ).
Once you connect the files of the Public HTML ( Files you already published to your server ) will be on your right hand side of the screen.
Simply left click on any file / picture you want to correct or work on and drag it to the left column into a file of your choice ( Blue voda file is default )
Then go to BV and click on "open file".Your file is in the folder!
That should do it,

Yes but you will have to open new page.. from html and you can just type in the page.. you dont have to download it.. it should work that way.
