Thread: Publishing for the first time

My domain name is bergerbits.com and although it says "Successfully Published" when I publish from BV, when I visit my page there is nothing there. Can you please take a look.

Hi, your domain is pointing at the 1&1 servers & should be at the VH servers. You will have to use the info in your welcome when email you joined VH to do this.

I'm having the same problem with my domain basartob.com. I publish and a window says it was successfully published. Yet when I type www.basartob.com a weird ad page appears.

I thought this would be easy. I can't make heads or tails out of the answer "1&1 server", don't know what that refers to or how to change it.

Please someone advise before I lose all my hair.

Hi, you need to go to where you purchased your domain from & point it at your VH server. The details will be in your welcome email. At the moment, your domain is pointing at ...................
