Thread: Changing title of index page?. - Meta tag analysis

I know that it is imperative to have an index page.
How do I change the name of the meta tag title,that it does not show up as index in search engines or when submitting to directories?.

Do I change the title in the index-page properties or the name of the file.
eg in meta tag analysis the title shows as index , it states that title relevancy to page content is terrible.

I want to change to a keyword phrase.http://www.gamesnsounds4u.com

Right Click on an empty part of your page and open the page properties.
Add an appropiate title then copy the title to your meta tag.

Does no one study Tutorials or do Forum Searches anymore, David?

Since "solutions" appear so quickly, is it simply easier to "post and wait"? Is that it now? What happens to being able to move forward on your own if no understanding is built?

Maybe on the old desktop at home....my Outlook crashed on this laptop and wiped 2 years work and records, and have been lagging dragging it in to try to repair the .pst folder.....
