Hilight your text and use the tool bar for text to bold it.

Thats not the point... Im going to use php code in the tables, <b> was only for testing and easy explaining.

    Edit:

You use html to create tables
you dont write html IN tables..................
Ehm, you have not understand coding if you saying this.

Of course you write html inside tables, and that was not what I asked for. If bluevoda doesnt allow html inside tables I most do it manually, and thats a waste of time...

Back to offtopic: with html you create tables. Inside the tables you write codes to put things inside the tables. Tables is not only used for boring text...

Ehemmm.. .. well thats NOT what you asked now is it. No You cant ALTER the html of the tables in BV you can instert pictures, text, links etc.

You asked how to make the text bold, if you want to SCRIPT or run code INSIDE the tables then you must make them in html or an HTML editor.. which can do them just as fast as far as setting up the columns rows and cell formatting.

TABLES were in fact originally coded to show BORING text from a database to line up comparisons and layouts of reports and blah blah...its actually being misused when you do other things with them, but is NOW accepted as a standard.

My point is that you can write tables in html and include any tabs that are allowable in tables, you can even include php coding when creating a table in html................

you cannot use the bluevoda tables to write html in bluevoda tables.

Karen told you how to bold any text and then bv does the rest.

how to put html in tables?
    Owned :P

The other text was an example...

And no, tables is not for boring text. Yes, it is for database information, and that is what I will use it for. But I need php functions to get the right functions for the text.

But ok, here is what I found out:

Bluevoda doesnt allow code inside tables, so I have to do it manually. That stinks...

    EDIT:

    To clear things up:

Im NOT trying to bold my text, but get html inside tables. The <b>test</b> was only an example in the first post. Strange you didnt understand that...

Yes... I understood perfectly AFTER you explained. But you asked about bolding text specifically so I told you SPECIFICALLY how to bold your text, without explaining any html code as the way you posted it IMPLIED thats what you wanted to know.
