Thread: publishing problem

I'm a pretty new user of voda, before I registered I read all your support forums, loved the web builder software... paid... tried to publish, my home page went straight up, all the rest of my pages say successfully published, but they dont load

Ive read all the info on page labelling and menu bar set up, and cannot see where I might have made a mistake, hence it all not working. Have I missed something?

Well, you've definitely missed something, we just need to determine what it was. Are your pages in your public_html folder? (Use BlueFTP to log into your server and see if they are there.) Are you sure that the links you built are the exact same as the page names they are supposed to link to?

I'm guessing from the email I received... that i just type
ftp.waquadmx.com to login? sorry I'm new to this

when I do this it says.. there is no website configured for this address.
I have registered 6 days ago and the index page went straight up.

Could the problem be that it is still not live?

to log to your ftp using bue FTP, on Bluevoda click tools, click FTP manager. Blue FTP window will open then click connect and enter your user name and password

Okay, if they are in your public_html folder, then you most likely have an issue with your links. Take some time to double check them for any errors.

can you please click on my links in the menu bar, that display how I have labelled and tell me if I have done them correctly?

Try to re-publish your page

I worked out the problem..

Page Properties was the step I missed.

But I learnt alot from all other suggestion re the software.
