Thread: Publishing problems

Hello,
Im new to Bluevoda and Im having terrible problems to upload my website.
I am working witht BlueVoda Website Builder and every time I click on the "publish" button, error 550 occurs (can't change directory to public_html:no such file or directory). My domain name is unilinguatraducciones.com
What am I doing wrong?

Do you have a Vodahost account ?¿

yes, I have a hosting account with BlueVoda. I have a username and a password. they seem to work just fine. But then error 550 pops up.
Can you help me?

Check also that you are using the correct server number in the publishing dropdown box
All 3 must be correct.

I have. I copied them from my welcome email.
The error states that the "public_html" directory can't be found or does not exist.
What do I do?
