    Question foreign language characters

Hi, can somebody help me; I seem to find problems in everything I start. I´ve tried the search to resolve this issue first, but no help there.

I am writing a page in spanish, german, english & norweagan but I am having problems with some of the special characters. I started using the "Input-Symbol¨function from the menu bar which was ok for a few charachters but for everything that I have to type.

I have also tried to copy to clipboard and then paste them when & where I need them. German will be difficult this way & norweagan impossible.

Does anybody have an easier solution?

    Thanks
    Hubovetz

Why not try using one of the free translation programs that are available on the web, then copy/paste to your other pages.

    Hi David,

Thanks for the tip about the translator, but I can write them witout one.

I have also read the post you referenced before posting. That didn´t help.
The pages come out fine in spanish & german if I use the ´insert symbol´ feature from the menu bar but that becomes a hassle when I have to ínsert-paste every third or fourth character.

    Karl

Any other suggestions...anybody else posted a page in german, russsian, norweagan, etc.

I have tried various options based on the language I am using but nothing brings a correct display of the text.
May last attempt of my spanish page results in every non-standard character being displayed as a diamond with a question mark inside of it.

    Any other suggestions?
