Thread: Wap

I was wondering if anyone knew how to wap enable a website using bluevoda?
Ive searched the forum and cant find a single comment on this.

You would have to use a tool that converted the site to WAP protocols and then probably code your htaccess to render this when WAP browser hits.

WAP is updating all the time, and soon it will all be cross browsing including images etc. I wouldnt do this or recommend doing this at this point unless your site is aimed totally for the WAP audience.

Well.. its not new really, and unless you offer a particular service thats design exclusively for pod casting or wap, you will just be making more work for yourself. Not many people BUY or BROWSE just for giggles via wap. video and mp3, podcast, screensavers etc, ringtones.. yes.. other than that youd have to have a real dedicated audience.
