    Default Invalid file from download

    Hi gang,

    Here's another one for you.......

I've uploaded our new magazine to download from my site as a zipped PDF file, and when it downloads it won't open. I get the message "the zipped folder is invalid or corrupt".

When I open the original, it's fine - can it become corrupt during the download from the site? If so, how can I deal with it?

    Any ideas gratefully received

    Cheers

    Lee

It doesn't work for me. I use WinZip, you might try re-zipping with that to see if you have more success. It's the file that's messed up, not the download part.

Yeah Tom, thanks for trying that for me. I've tried rezipping and uploading it again about five times and the result is still the same.

I put in a support ticket and was told to try using a "more robust FTP program", they suggested Filezilla. Trouble is, I haven't the faintest idea what they're on about. I downloaded this Firezilla, but haven't the foggiest what to do next, so I asked customer support but they prob'ly think I'm a no-hoper and haven't answered, so, in fact, I'm now buggered!

Any help in English would be ever so appreciated....I'm sure someone out there knows what customer support are on about. If you do, would you be kind enough to explain.

    Hi Lee,

Goto Customer Support and download the free download manager, install it in your Pc and try downloading your zipped PDF file with it.
