About LinkBacksI submitted a report ticket and got a reply, which wasn't much use, so I replied to it, but received no response. I sent another reply and got no response to that one either.
Should I have submitted another ticket instead of sending a reply?

No...the more often you send.. the further back in the que it goes.. its booked off the response recieved.. so if it keeps recieving you keep getting bumped back.
