Thread: Help send an email to my email and paypal at the same time.

I need help trying to figure out how to do an form that will allow the input of Name email address and question to be submit to paypal first then sent to me after they pay
example
name ____________
question___________
email ______________

submit ___________ this should go to paypal and then info sent to me.

can anyone help with that.

You need to do this from paypal. when you generate the button there you can put in the things you need, although i dont know if you can do text, but i would think that you could make a user input field.

yeah I can but it will either go to paypal or to me I don't think it does both.

If they go to paypal and pay you. Paypal will email you and say 'You've got new funds'.

You just need to work out how the information they are paying you for is sent via paypal on this confirmation.

Karen Mac has offered you a suggestion. Have you looked into that?

If you create a form with the above input fields, the form will be submitted to you .. you can have this form direct the user to a success or thank you page. On the success or thank you page you can notify the user that their information has been received and they can now proceed to paypal. Put your paypal button on this success or thankyou page. Once the user goes through paypal you will be notified of the payment via paypal..

At paypal you can then direct the user to your download page or whatever it is you are offering ..

This enables you to have the questionnaire sent to you and then the user paying at paypal before you give them the goods.

Get the money first and have paypal return them to the form page which on submit will take them to your download page/thankyou.
