Default Understanding initial page set up

1st time creating a web site and this is by far the easiest site to follow along with. I'm trying to create a button or maybe a link that will take you to another page. example, I play in a band and I want people to be able to click on a button and our dates and locations will show up. What I don't understand is where do I enter this information that is separate from the home page. I probably watched the tutorial video but missed it. If there is a video can you point me in the right direction.

    Thanks Sarge97

Yes there is a video but basically you create a new page save it as dates or locations, what ever. You would then have you link from you home page be w w w. yoursite.com / pagename.com (without any spaces). All your pages must be published to work and you will need to purchase a hosting package to publish. Here is the link for the video http://www.vodahost.com/vodatalk/hyp...mages-etc.html
