Hi my domain name is www.seniortours.co.nz.
I am using soholaunch to build my site. The url generated by the soholaunch login page does not have http://www.seniortours.co.nz/sohoadmin instead it is http://seniortours.co.nz/sohoadmin.

Regularly I may be building a section of the site and then I get "kicked out" of my control panel and the site without the www. prefix.
If I open another session of my browser and type the address with the www. I can see the site, but if I type the address without the www. I cannot see the site.

How can I fix this issue? Customers will not be able to see the site, and I am having trouble building it as I am continually being "kicked out" of soholaunch.

Soho doesnt use the www itself so for your admin it really doesnt matter.. however.. you should be able to type EITHER in your browser and see it just fine.

I would say the reason you are getting KICKED out is.. 1.) your java isnt updated to the latest jre version, and 2.) your software isnt updated or 3.) youre trying to run some script on a page thats causing a conflict.
