Thread: Need help logging in!

Hi Guys,

My previous laptop with all my data broke down and I lost everything, now I can't remember my login details to log into my cpanel account. What is the steps I can take to recover this.

put in a support ticket with as much information as possible.

You dont need to login to do this.

Theres a quick link at the top right hand corner of the forum.. just under the logo

it happen to me 2 years ago... must provide your domain name. they will verify your identification... just to ensure you are the rightful owner..

the support teams are quick... you can get it in no time..

mean time chk your email... surely got info when you purchase the hosting
