Thread: Fantastico Problem

I tried to download phbb using fantastico and I receive this message,
The installation can not be completed:
- You chose to install in the main directory of the domain look4rule.com, but there are conflicting filenames, therefore we can not proceed. Following filenames already exist in the main directory of the domain look4rule.com (path="/home/xqntfuxy/public_html/").You must manually remove these files before proceeding with auto-installation:
.htaccess
How do I remove these files?

Hi Leo,

Open a new Folder or directory in your "public_html"

and name it for the specific purpose you want it for i.e.,

shop or forum or ebooks or even "phpbb3" etc.,

Then install your phpbb in the folder of your choice.
