Hi guys,

Am i right in thinking that I cannot publish a website built in anything other than blue voda?

I´m learning to code with wordpad, and learning dreamweaver etc, but when it comes to publishing i can´t seem to get a connection...

I´m using the ftp address supplied to me in my original BV activation info email...

No you don't need Bluvoda to publish to Vodahost.

It is handy however to download the Bluevoda software to use it to access the ftp.

Click Tools>FTP Manager

I haven't got any other FTP manager so it works well for me.

2 things:
I´ve used the ftp part of bv with no prbs,
its when i try to publish with another piece of software (mozilla´s free wysiwyg web program 'kompozer' to be precise) that things ain't going well... any advice?

I´ve used all the passwords supplied, but I´ve never seen anything anywhere that relates to normal ftp versus anon ftp...?
