General error on forum

I made a mistake and deactivated my forum in my administration panel and forgot to to reactivate. Now when I go to it at http://look4rule.com/phbb3/ I get General Error, could not get style data.
I'd like to know how to get rid of this url so I can reinstall everything if I have to.Thanks from a dumbass.

The easiest way is to go to cpanel Click the MySQL Databases then in there find your database for the forum, delete that database, then make it again, you can use the same name if you want. once you have done this use your ftp manager and re upload the install folder also a file named config.php. then go to your forum and you will get the install again.
