Thread: can'tLogin to control panel

We are using user name and password as emailed to us,but control panel wont accept them .Please help

make sure you use the right IP.
Try to open the control panel like this www.yourdomain/cpanel

What do you mean the right IP We are not published yet I tried your suggestion still didn't work Am I supposed to use the user name and password emailed or something else.

In BlueVoda, when you click the pubilsh button, you will see a list
of IP addresses. Make sure you are using the correct one.

can you please check this out I checked the IP and it is right I think I still can't log in I am very confused.

if you are not sure with your IP, just go to www.catpetalogue.com/cpanel
I think your IP is 70 86 241 194
