I'm having problems with my contact us button, it either will take days for me to receive the message or I won't get it at all.
What could be the problem?

Still can't see your contact page !!

Ah, its at the bottom of your GO Menu.......needs to be more visible.

Create a form using the Form Wizard instead of just using visitors mail service. Then link to the form.

on the index page if you click on the drop down you will see contact us at the very bottom. When you click on it, it will open outlook to compose a message. I tested and sent a message about an hour ago and just received it.

You should really use buttons or text menus insted of a drop down menu, there is nothing on your home page to tell users anything. As David said you should use a form for your contact page.
