Default sitemap and google index issue

I followed the tutorial for creating a sitemap and I published it to google; however, when I type in "caribbean youth network" in a google search it shows my site as "index/..." with a bunch of numbers and letters below. The domain is: www.caribbeanyouthnetwork.org. What must I do to fix this?

    Thanks for the help.

They are picking up your page from before it had data on it. This will change soon now you have submitted your sitemap.

You also need to go to the settings in Google webmaster tools and tick the box that says 'see all url's as www'
Don't aim for success if you want it; just do what you love and believe in, and it will come naturally.
