... I have the BV Builder downloaded and followed all the installation Steps ... I got it on my desktop.
but if I Click to start building site does not ... I don't know why???

Try a fresh download and install as BV may have been corrupted on the way

which means "Blue FTP"???....

Blue FTP is a File Transfer program which is inside the Bluevoda Website builder.
It allows you to upload certain files to your website.

Normal bluevoda pages should only be published and not be uploaded with the BV FTP program..............

Try accessing blue voda from your start menu on your computer > all programs .. there has been occasion for your shortcut on your desktop to be corrupt ..
