Thread: NOOB HERE:: Can't Preview page

Hey All - I did try searching for similar help on this issue but didn't find anything, but here's my problem - when I hit the preview button or the preview selection from the menu, it doesn't open a preview in my default browser (IE) page, but instead it wants to open a new or existing BV page. Help would be appreciated.

Is it a php page? I have to temporarily switch it back to html and then view the page. If it has a form on it.. thats probably what it is. Right click on a blank spot and select page properties. Dont forget to change it back tho, after viewing so that your form will work.

Karen - thanks for being fast! I checked and it's html.....

Do you have a default browser set? You can add browsers to the list there.

If you are sure that you are hitting the preview Icon
or file - preview, then I would suggest downloading a fresh copy of the BV builder, as it should not be trying to open a new or existing BV page.

I'll check out what I got set for my default browser - I'm got a feeling that is it. Thanks again for your help.

Just wanted to close the loop - I had to add IE to my prview options, instead of hitting Default Browser.
