Thread: Website down

My website is down completely, and id say this is due to my domain name payment not being taken out for some reason could i get a vodahost person to help , i dont know were to post or what to do ive tryed the help desk section but i my login details dont work?

you should be able to submit a support ticket as you do not have to be an active customer to do that. go here:
http://www.vodasupport.com/ and submit your support ticket.

if you have any problems with this, just post again and im sure someone will step up to the plate
