forum submission help

I learned how to create a forum whilst watching the bluevoda tuturial videos and it says that i need to create a success and error page for the form to work. It does not explain how to do this so when i fill out the form and click submit it brings me to a "Not Found" page.

Just create a normal page with whatever thank you mesage
save as success
and publish

ditto with the error page.

i have created a success and error page and have published both but continue to get the "not found page", i thought i set up the form correctly.

This needs to be contact.php

right click on your page, go to page properties.. change the html to php and republish and relink your form.
