Thread: Help publishing please!

Hi everyone,

I recently purchased the annual billing package with domain registration. Ive been using the software to build my site but seem to stuggle to publish it. Ive tried my best through the tutorials to solve the problem, but when i try to publish it keeps saying password is incorrect.

I know that it says it may take up to 72 hours for to go live? is this the problem?

I can login to cpanel and my billing services etc, password is fine for all that just wont let me publish??

Make sure that you use the same logins to publish as you do to get to cpanel.

Also make sure that you have set the path to publish to as public_html/

It could be the problem as it takes 24 to 48 hours sometimes for the dns to propogate correctly..but usually its sooner. Also login into the VBS which is listed in your FIRST email go to domains..and make sure your domain is pointing to the NS servers listed in your second email.

i logged into the vbs click on the change dns and its got the two i have listed in my email...is this what u meant?
