Thread: How to get RSS Feeds working on BV

I would like to use RSS on my site and I see that the facility exists.

Somewhat strangely, (at least to me but hey, I'm a Brit so maybe all that tea and fog has addled my brain!), BV support insist that how it works is a design issue as opposed to my view that how something works is an issue of function and seem oddly resistant to the idea of a tutorial video on the subject.

So, can anyone tell me how I can use it, or, conversely, "design" it?
