Thread: form wizard

I am in the middle of creating a poll from form wizard and I need to add a few more items, 1 being the submit button but I'm having trouble adding these. TIA 4 help

All the elements that you add to a form are in the upper right of the builder, there should be a simple button, an advanced button, a file upload, text area, ect.. just make sure that everything you add is within the form area (the blue dotted area) and in the button properties that the type is submit.
