I just published a sitemap created by BV.
Where can I see it after publish?
What do I name it after mydomain.com/............ to submit sitemap to google?

I have my first page published so far it looks good, but I can't link my sub pages to sub domains. how do I name my sub pages where I can have them showing on my site?
