You need to use your FTP for this one
In Bluevoda - Tools>FTP
On the left are the files on your PC. On the right are the files on your website server.
Find your PDF on the left and drag to the right.
Done
The url link to this PDF will look something like this.
http://www.mywebsite.com/mydocumentname.pdf
You can either link to it using the illustration above or you can display it within an I-Frame on a webpage. See the tutorial that discusses I-Frames.

i think he wants it on his website? if so, just import it using the text tool. if not just follow above. here is what i did for word documents and im sure it would work for pdf files:
