Thread: contact us form??

hey guys im new to bluevoda and i need help entering a contact us form something like this on here http: //www. enfieldpizza.com/contactus.html
i cant see any pre-formed forms under insert -> forms... any help would be appreciated

Use the form wizzard, there is an icon near the upper right of the builder. Run your mouse over the icons slowly until you find it. There are a couple of different ones to choose from (mainly the number of text boxes you want) but you can always add or delete fields as needed. Experiment with them until you get what you need.
