1. Is there a way to add a blog to my website.

2. I know that there is a way to upload windows video to the server so that when someone clicks on the link, it would not take a long time to load.
Can someone tell me where to find it and try to walk me through it in simpler terms.
I remember attempting this about a year ago, but gave up because for some reason I could not get it to work.
