Thread: Paypal shipping questions

I am hoping someone can help, I am so new at this and having much difficulty. I built my site with BV and it is www.curleeandcompany.com
I am having 2 issues I do not know how to correct.

1. When a customer goes to purchase the candy by clicking the
ADD TO CART button and they add several varieties, it charges the
same shipping ($9.95) for each item, which is too much. How do I set it
up to charge the $9.95 for the first item and an additional smaller
charge after that? I set the $9.95 amount on each PAYPAL properties
button. I have gone to my PayPal shipping calculations page and set
up that to show what shipping I would prefer but how do I make that
happen?

2. Next issue is: When someone orders and wants the merchandise
shipped to another location. How do I set that up?

You need to use a SCRIPT or a REAL shopping cart. As addons you will need mals ecart or cartmanager. You cant do this with just plain paypal buttons. or without paying someone to SCRIPT them for you.

Nearest you can do with paypal is to use a SHIPPING RANGE based on subtotal price. You ask for a BILLING address, and also for a SHIPPING address in paypal...if they allow this.. dont know without looking right off hand.

With my little expertise, what would you suggest would be the most expediate option for me. Which shopping cart would be the simplest to
implement with BV?
