Thread: How to get text page to scroll down

I am putting text on a blank web page but it wont let me scroll down any further to add more text?

I did see a blue piece I could grab in the lower left and move it down out of site and that would give me more scroll but now I can't see the blue as it is below my sight on the page??

I dont have that much text on the page either??

Right click on the page background, click on Page Properties and increase the height in the page height field.
