Thread: under construction

Hi I made a page for a site that said Website is under construction but have deleted the page and the redirects and published all the othet pages again why does this under construction still appear what have I missed doing to get rid of it. http:/www.moesguiding.net

Did you republish your new index page?? and to the correct directory?? No need to delete any page that you are going to republish over, just reopen the page, make your changes and republish ...

Looks as though you have things corrected now ...

a directory is the folder that contains the files you publish ...

if this website is your main and only website the directory for this website would be public_html

any domain added on after your main domain creates a folder inside the publis_html folder as the domain name .. you then need to type this after public_html/nameofdomain in the publish box when publishing to an add on domain ..

Thank you I did all of it and have republished will check on it again does it take time to show on the browser after I republish it?

No, you should see your changes immediately unless your own browser is having a cache issue ... if so, hit F5 a few times, and or type the address into a new web browser address bar ..
