password problems

Hi,
I have a new account and am trying to publish my pages. All is fine until I go to publish and put in the details, and each time I try it tells me the password is incorrect.
I only got the email with the details yesterday and am copying and pasting it in to the correct areas (at least, I think they are correct), is there a trick to this? Has anyone else found this? Could I be using the wrong password? How many do we get?

Did you purchase a domain name and are trying to use that information .. or is it the full voda hosting account with the large page of information with ip publishing address, username and password, ftp accounts and more??

It's the full voda hosting account with the large page of information, including ip publishing address, username and password, ftp accounts etc

Okay then, sounds as though you have the correct information ... try refreshing your browser and untick remember information .. and then of course carefully try the copy and paste again making sure you do only get the letters and no spaces in the copy ... if all this fails, send off a ticket to support and they will reset your password and resend you the information ...

strange thing is when I first got the email yesterday, I logged in to the file manager successfully and happily uploaded a heap of files etc, then I discovered that I should 'publish' my pages through bluevoda (cos my way wasn't working), and it's now that I'm trying to 'publish' that the password won't work............. but it did last night for the file manager - it is the same password isn't it............. I am soooo confused :(

yes, it is the same password .. okay try this .. one large coffee spiked with canadian club whisky, lol .. and copy and paste again .. lol.... send off a ticket if you are still stuck ..

Thanks :) will try that, although I have carefully copied and pasted at least a dozen times already & even tried typing it in *sigh*

One question - how do I send off a ticket?

at the top of this forum, on the right, you will see customer support..

send your ticket there
