Flash player

I can't download the Flash player. When I try to a box pops up stating you must close all browsers which the browser that opens is "Google Chrome "
so when I close that, I don't have access to the page I need.
Can someone help me with this please? Would be very must appreciated !!

Do a search on your pc for the google chrome dowload directory, and double click on the flash plugin,

If your computer tells you to close a browser; it wants to "install" the plugin so you already have downloaded it, and it will be in the directory that is menstioned above.
