Can someone take a look at the contact us page on my site www.parkescakes.co.uk, I have used the form wizard, looked at the tutorial over and over again, changed all the properties etc that I can think of, but I cannot get rid of the script at the top of the page or get it to send to my email address.

I have configured the email address in my cpanel to my aol email address and I do receive emails that have been addressed to info@parkescakes.co.uk from other sources.
