Thread: Password for FTP upload

I am trying to update my cars to pedal site which is built with the Voda builder.
I have a computer crash and had to download the voda builder again but now when I try to publish it says I ihave the wrong password.
I was using the one in the welcome letter that worked before.

I went into the CPanel, then to the FTP and changed the password and then tried it again. it still doesn't work.

How do I find out what the present password is?

If the password you have record of doesn't work you cannot recover it, you need to submit a support ticket and request your password to be reset
