About LinkBacksApparently, VodaHost is still running in version 2.11.9.4, many useful functions can only run n version 4 and above, and the latest and upcoming browser would run smoothly with version 5.
is there any considerations for upgrade?

You are confusing MySQL and phpMyAdmin. phpMyAdmin is just a utility for managing your MySQl databases.
Vodahost should be running a pretty up to date version of MySQL, at least version 4.x, possibly 5.x, you will have to check yourself.

Do you use a Password Protected Directory? Need a way to allow users to make their own account, try my .htaccess Login Script
