Thread: Contact Form quit working

My contact form doesn't work.

I have not changed my pages on my site http://lesleinlawn.com in quite a while. The form was working then.

I have great local google rankings, checking email twice a day and wondering why I wasn't getting any contacts. Went to check form. No worky!!

It looks to me that the buttons are not doing anything. Do not even get a cursor change when over top.

I am not one to ask for help, without trying myself first and I can not figure it out.

Sidenote, I am in the landscaping business. Busy time of year in Ohio. I have no idea how much money this has already cost me!!

well I got it, had to delete old form and add new form.

I noticed that the button now says send and it use to say submit

I am trying to create a contact form on a site I am creating. I can get it to appear but it doesnt work. The textfields dont allow any text input and submit brings a 404 page up. Can you tell me where I am going wrong? The relevant contact page is :-

Any help would be appreciated as I am out of my comfort/knowledge zone.

Contact forms made with BV have an extension of .php
You will need to make a "success and error" page and publish them.

Thanks, I had built the site using dreamweaver and had not put an access file in. I've copied it from the original site changed the site specific part and uploaded it and it all seems to work.
